Description: Quick and easy healthy dinner for 1-2 people.
Ingredients: 2 large Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Medium eggs
Grated Romano Cheese to coat
Salt & Pepper, and Garlic powder to taste
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken breasts under water to remove any film. Place chicken on cutting board and cut into medium sized cubes. In bowl wisk the 2 eggs together,then and add garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Spray baking dish with non stick spray. Coat chicken cubes in egg mixture then coat with Romano cheese. Place chicken in baking dish and cook in over for 30 minutes or till cooked. You can either place foil over the dish or cook witout.

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: Depends on Romano cheese and size eggs you use.
