Description: No Bake, very easy recipe. Can be frozen in 1/2 c. plastic bowls for easy portion control. Just thaw on counter or in fridge.


Can tweak more and make a Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor by adding 1/4 c. baking cocoa, 3 or more extra pkts. splenda and 1 pkt. SweetOne or other subs.


I no longer whip the cream separately. Just add it in after everything else is whipped and whip till blended. It works fine.
Ingredients: 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar free natural peanut butter
sugar substitute to equal 1/2c. Sweetness
6 pkts. Stevia Plus or other sugar subs of choice
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. heavy cream



How To Prepare: Bring cream cheese and peanut butter to room temp. Combine the cream cheese, sugar substitutes, peanut butter, and vanilla in a bowl and mix well with an electric mixer. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Divide, cover and chill for at least 25 minutes.
