Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 pound of ground beef
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
1 Tbsp cumin
3 Tbsp low carb ketchup
salt to taste
1 cup of shredded lettuce
2 oz. shredded cheddar or monteray jack cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp salsa
a few pitted black olives and some green onions sliced small
How To Prepare: 1-brown the beef and drain
2-season the meat with all the spices and the ketchup
3-sprinkle the cheese on top of the meat mixture and cover to melt
4-spoon meat mixture on top of the lettuce and top with the sour cream,salsa olives and green onions
Number of Servings: about 2 servings
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: maybe 5 or 6 per serving
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Positive aspects of the product (pros): easy and delicious
Cons:

A quick easy meal so tasty!! We used to use tortilla chips. With all this flavor I do not miss them a bit!!
