Description: Delicious ham mixed with fettuccine and vegetables in an alfredo sauce!
Ingredients: 16 oz. low-carb fettuccine (or linguine) {I used Dreamfields}
3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
2 cups frozen peas (or mixed vegetables for a more colorful presentation)
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
dash of freshly ground pepper, optional
How To Prepare: Cook low-carb fettuccine (or linguine) according to package directions. When almost ready, prepare the frozen vegetables. When vegetables are ready, drain, then add ham, parmesan cheese, and cream. Mix together. Drain fettuccine, then add ham mixture to it. Toss together and serve!
Number of Servings: 6 - 8
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: About 10 or a little less, depending upon veggies used.
Preparation Time: Total time (including boiling pasta) about 20 - 25 min.
