Tasty and filling, and only around 9g for the whole recipe.
3 eggs, beaten
3 slices Tyson Black Forest Ham
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
Onion powder, salt, pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Heat a 12-inch pan with 1 tablespoon of your favorite oil over medium heat until very hot.
Pour in egg mixture and let cook until the top is almost firm (about 1 min). Season with onion powder/salt/pepper to taste. Sprinkle in cheddar cheese.
Remove from heat. Spread cream cheese on ham slices and evenly place cheese-side down on top of cheddar cheese.
Transfer everything to plastic cutting board and let sit and cool for a few minutes.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks every inch. Using a sharp knife, slice into rolls between toothpicks.
