So, you're craving ice-cream but it's not in your low carb life style? Here's an easy substitute.
Ingredients: ~500 gr. Yogurt (plain or whatever flavor you like)

~Sugar (I use equal. The amount depends on your taste. I use 3 or 4 tablespoons.)

~Whatever ingredient you enjoy in your ice cream: Vanilla, Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon, Fruits, Nuts, Fruit Juices, Crumbled Cookies, ...
How To Prepare: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar and other ingredients.

Mix until creamy with fork or mixer.

Put this mixture in the freezer.

Every half our mix the yogurt with fork until frozen. (should take an hour or two.)

10 minutes before serving, remove from freezer and let it wait at room temperature.

Top with fruits, nuts, whipped cream etc...
