Description:
Ingredients: pickle spears
roast beef
cream cheese (softened)


quantities of ingredients depend on how many you want to make.
How To Prepare: take 1 slice of roast beef and spread some cream cheese on it, then add a pickle spear and roll it up. Place on plate with the seam side down. Chill and serve.


I usually keep them whole, but if you're making these for more than a few people, you can chill for a couple of hours then cut into 1" slices and secure with a toothpick.
