2 pkgs. frozen leaf spinach, cooked and patted dry
1 small jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained
6-12 cloves of roasted garlic
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 Portabello mushroom cap, chopped
2-3 cups broasted chicken, cut into small pieces
1 jar alfredo sauce
2-3 small Roma Tomatoes chopped and seeded
Salt/pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Mix first 7 ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into large shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with tomatoes, parmesean and feta cheese on top. I also like to put more roasted garlic cloves on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
