Mix first six ingredients well. Line a springform pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray with Pam. Pour mixture into pan. Bake in a preheated oven on the center rack for 50 minutes. Turn oven off. Open door slightly and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour. Remove and cool completely on wire rack. Chill for 8 hours.
Top individual pieces with 1 tablespoon glaze, a few slices strawberries, and cool whip.
