Ingredients: 4 C brocolli tops
1/2 C sliced red onion
1/2 C toasted pecans
1/2 to 1 C mayonaise
2 TBS white wine vinegar
2 packets splenda (or to taste)
bacon crumbles (optional)
How To Prepare: Steam brocolli briefly until crisp-tender, rinse in cold water and drain well. Mix mayo, vinegar and splenda (to taste), then mix all ingredients together.

You could cut carbs by using half amount onion, and brown rice vinegar.
Number of Servings: 4 to 8
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 20 carbs total recipe

Positive aspects of the product (pros): easy and yummy
Cons: none

I used to make this w/ sugar in the pre-LC days. It's just as delicious w/ Splenda. It's a staple at BBQs for us. I also add in shredded cheddar cheese which is good too. I use more "dressing" than most, that's the best part. Enjoy it!
