1/2 Medium head green cabbage, finely shredded (about 4 cups)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated onion
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 cup splenda
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
How To Prepare:
Mix cabbage and salt together in non-metalic bowl. Let stand at least 1 hour at room temperature. Drain well.
In small saucepan mix together vinegar, water, celery seed, splenda and mustard seed. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Cool slightly. Mix cabbage and onion together in resealable bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and refrigerate overnight, stirring occassionally. Serve.
