Description: Had to make my own zero-cal salad dressing because walden's uses crappy ingredients!
Ingredients: 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar
5 parts Water

For every 2 cups:
1 table spoon sea salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp xanthan gum

TO TASTE:
pinch of sucralose or other sweetner
black pepper
garlic powder
other spices like paprika, onion powder etc.
How To Prepare: Mix everthing together EXCEPT for the water. It is easier to blend and dissolve the xanthan gum when there's less liquid volume. When thoroughly mixed, add water and whisk really well. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate. Shake well before using. I am in love with this stuff and it tastes as good as any other salad dressing i've tried! so its not really a recipe in the conventional sense but i just wanted to share it anyways!
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: very little
Preparation Time: 5 min
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
