Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil
1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp canned chopped garlic
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped finely
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp pourable spenda
5 long green onions, chopped
head of lettuce

How To Prepare: Heat pan to hi, add oil. Add chicken and garlic, stir fry for 4 mintues or until browned. Break lumps until finely seperated.
Pour off excess liquid.
Reduce heat, add remaining ingrediants, and cook until done.

Use lettuce leafs to wrap mixture in, and enjoy!

You can also make a sauce to pour over the top using some soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, and some splenda.
