Description: I had an open faced italian sandwich once years ago with the same ingredients except it was on italian bread. This is my low carb version.
Ingredients: wheat low carb tortilla (the small ones)
3 slices salami
1 slice provolone, cut into strips
thin slivers of onion
thin slice of tomato
oregano
How To Prepare: place tortilla in oven under broiler. let crisp for a minute or two...keep an eye on it.


once slightly crips, layer on salami, strips of cheese, slivers of onion and tomato and sprinkle with oregano


place under broiler for a minute or two once again, keep your eye on it!

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: my guess is around 6
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
