Description: Really, really good! What else can I say? Try this!
Ingredients: cabbage, chopped
zuchini, cut in small rounds or chunks
yellow squash, cut in small rounds or chunks
olive oil
cajun seasoning
pepper/garlic/salt seasoning
dash of onion powder
pepper
any other seasonings you would like
How To Prepare: Put olive oil in a large skillet (enough to coat bottom), turn heat up to medium high. When heated, add veggies and seasonings. Let them really sizzle for a while before you flip them over. You may flip them a few times, depending on how well done you like them. I like mine slightly starting to brown so mine take about 15 min total. You may also add more olive oil if it starts to stick or some butter. Seriously good and very easy!
Number of Servings: depends on how much you cook--up to you
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: very low, just add all veggies and divide by servings
Preparation Time: 10 min or so
