zuchini, cut in small rounds or chunks
yellow squash, cut in small rounds or chunks
dash of onion powder
any other seasonings you would like
How To Prepare:
Put olive oil in a large skillet (enough to coat bottom), turn heat up to medium high. When heated, add veggies and seasonings. Let them really sizzle for a while before you flip them over. You may flip them a few times, depending on how well done you like them. I like mine slightly starting to brown so mine take about 15 min total. You may also add more olive oil if it starts to stick or some butter. Seriously good and very easy!
