Description: KIND OF A COOL NIGHT OR QUICK NIGHT DINNER
Ingredients: CHICKEN ANY KIND OF PIECES
2 CARROTS
2 RIBS OF CELERY
1 BUNCH OF CILANTRO
1 JAR OF HERDEZ SALSA CASERA
1-2 TBSPN ONION FINELY CHOPPED
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
How To Prepare: TAKE AND BOIL YOUR CHICKEN IN ALOT OF WATER.
WHEN DONE TAKE OUT AND SHRED CHICKEN.
CUT UP THE CARROTS, CELERY, ONION, AND CILANTRO.
IN ANOTHER POT PUT THE SHREDDED CHICKEN AND THE VEGGIES AND BOTTLE OF SALSA, AND COVER IT WITH THE BROTH OF THE CHICKEN. COOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES TILL THE CILANTRO IS VERY WILTED, AND THE VEGGIES ARE COOKED. ENJOY.


(I USED TO MAKE THIS WITH CORN, AND POTATOES CUT UP SMALL BUT NOW CAN'T EAT THOSE SO I ADAPTED THE CARROTS AND CELERY)

Preparation Time: ONCE CHICKEN IS COOKED 10-15 MINUTES
