Description: The easiest recipe for ice cream I know of. The carbs are pretty low, depending on the kind of fruit used and the sweetener. I use Splenda or Fiberfit (thus reducing the carbs and giving me some fiber). There are no measurements, because I don't measure much. Adjust thickness as needed. Don't put all the fruit in at once, add it slowly. You'll burn up your blender otherwise. It comes out fruity and creamy.
Ingredients: Whipping Cream
Frozen Fruit (raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
How To Prepare: Pour cream into blender, add fruit and sweetener and blend.
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
