This is a low carb fried vegetable and it tastes like you're cheating...only you're not!

Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh cauliflower (cleaned & cut up)
2 eggs
2 TBSP. half & half

1 cup Carbquick
2 TBSP Mrs. Dash (original)
salt & pepper to taste

How To Prepare: Dip cut up pieces of cauliflower in the egg and half and half mixture. Then dredge in Carbquick which has been seasoned with Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper.

Fry until golden in pre-heated skillet of olive oil.
Drain and serve immediately. Delicious!

(Raw cauliflower 2.6 grams of carbs/half cup serving
Eggs 0.6 grams carbs/each
Half & Half 0.5 grams carbs/TBSP
Mrs. Dash 0 grams carbs
CarbQuick 2 net grams carbs per 20 grams or size of one biscuit.
Olive Oil 0 grams carbs)
Number of Servings: approx. 4 servings
Preparation Time: 15 mins.
