First off let me say that I didn't use liquid splenda, I used granulated splenda.....but still. O.K. I rolled the dough into balls and baked it in the loaf pan, but they didn't rise at all! After the 30 mins. I ended up taking the balls and putting them on a cookie sheet to bake (the insides weren't done). I ended up throwing them out the next day. They were very dry.

Heavy end product

The dough raised, but was VERY heavy. The taste was very strong of the CarbQuik. Not a throw- away, but not a make-again either. IF someone can come up with a way to "lighten up" the dough, it may be a good thing. It seems that everything I make with the Carbquik, carries the STRONG flavor of the mix, so everything tastes the same. Cinnamon Sugar Scones come to mind.
