1 large can of Tomato Juice
1 can beef broth
seasonings of your choice
1 large package of chuck steaks
canned diced tomato
How To Prepare:
In a very large stock pot combine tomato juice, beef broth and 2 cups of water. Chop veggies, add with seasonings. You can use canned green beans but put them in during the last couple hours of cooking. Chop the steak into little bite sized pieces (I use scissors) and add to the pot. Bring to almost a boil, then reduce heat to med. low, cover and simmer for a few hours until veggies are done. You may omit any veggies you don't like. THIS IS THE BOMB--TRY IT!
