onions chopped fine
peppers chopped fine
seasonings of choice
brown gravy (make your own LC or use canned--we use canned and find it a reasonable carb count considering you don't eat that much of it)
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingriendients in a bowl except gravy. Make into hamburger patties and fry. Drain grease when done, add gravy (I use 2 cans) enough to cover the meat, put on a lid and simmer on low for a couple of hours.
