Description: Almost like a fudge. Great for that sweet tooth.
Ingredients: 1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
2 T. butter
1/3 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
12 pkts splenda or equal
1 tsp vanilla extract


How To Prepare: Melt the first 3 ingredients in a bowl in the microwave. Stir well to combine. Add the remaining ingredients, stir again and drop by the tablespoon on waxed paper you should have 12 drops.


Recipe says to chill at least 1 hour and refrigerate. Use within a day.


I like to put them right in the freezer and keep them there. Tastes more like fudge and you can take them out whenever you get that sweet urge.
