This is a quick and easy meatload with surprisingly little carbs!

Ingredients:
|
1.5 pounds of lean hamburger
3 eggs
2 packages of taco seasoning
1 crushed and minced glove of garlic
8 oz of shredded cheese
chopped cilantro(optional)
Low Carb Ketchup(or you can use tomato sauce)
Sour Cream for garnish

How To Prepare:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients but the ketchup and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix well. Butter(or spray with pam) a cake pan or 2 bread pans. Press meat mixture into pan(s). Top with LoCarb ketchup and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes then uncover and continue to bake until center is done and browned. Cut into portions and top with a dallup of sour cream...enjoy!
