Quick and easy to make, my husband says it tastes like fried rice
1/2 a head of cabbage chopped fine or put through food processor shredder
1-2 tsp butter
2-3 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup onion chopped
1-2 tsp garlic pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp hot sauce (if you like spicy)
6-10 large shrimp cut into bite size pieces
1-2 large chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
How To Prepare:
heat skillet with butter and olive oil, add chopped onion and saute for a few minutes, add cabbage and seasonings, cook until cabbage becomes tender 5-10 minutes depending on how you like yours.
in a separate pan saute shrimp and chicken (you can add any meat you would like)
Once cabbage and meat are both done, combine and enjoy!
