How To Prepare:
Slice up the zuccini in rounds and put into ziplock mix of soy flour and seasonings. You do not need to dip in eggs, etc. since the zuccini is slightly damp when cut. Shake well, then deep fry until golden. Excellent with Ranch or Blue Cheese.
