This can be used as a soup or sauce, it's amazing! Just like normal pumpkin soup with a few things added.
1 can (large) pumpkin
1 can coconut milk
2 cans chicken broth
1-2 tsp curry powder
1-2 heads crushed garlic
salt and pepper
How To Prepare:
Mix everything but the coconut milk in pot. Heat to boiling, then simmer for 15 min or so. Add coconut milk, and heat through while stirring. It's really that easy.

5-7, depending on coconut milk (they vary)
