Description: Really delicious & "Heart Healthy" too! This is good on any type of diet.
Ingredients: (4) 6 oz. Salmon filets
(3) tbls. chopped onion
(1 1/2) tbls. Sugar Twin brown sugar substitute
(3/4) cup Carb Options orange juice
(4) tbls. lemon juice (bottled)
(1) tsp. dry mustard
(1) tbls. Benecol (or butter but adjust nutritional info.)
(1/2) cup fresh, green beans
Salt & pepper to taste


Fresh parsley for garnish - optional.
How To Prepare: In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients except for the Salmon.
Bring to a boil.
Place Salmon filets in an ovensafe pan.
Surround with green beans.
Pour sauce over Salmon & green beans.
Place under broiler and broil for 15 minutes.
