1 t. liquid smoke
dash of seasoned salt-to taste
1 T olive oil
1 T butter
sliced mushrooms-canned or fresh
1 slice swiss cheese
How To Prepare:
Sautee the mushrooms and onions in the olive oil and butter. Meanwhile, mix liquid smoke and seasoned salt in w/hamburger---I just press the hamburger flat, cup it in my hand and put the smoke and salt in the cup and fold it up a few times so it distributes the flavor thru-out. Divide meat in half. When mushrooms and onions are done, place them on a paper towel to drain. Make 2 thin hamburger patties. On the bottom one, put the slice of swiss, then top with mushrooms and onions. Place the other patty on top and pinch the edges. Pan Fry or Grill or Broil to desired doneness.
