10 raw shrimp, peeled
10 sea scallops
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp minced parsley
3 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Rinse shrimp and scallops in cold water. Pat dry. Heat oil in large frying pan. Saute garlic at medium heat for about 1 minute. Remove. Heat pan to high heat. Add scallops and shrimp, reduce to medium heat and cook for minutes. Turn the seafood, add garlic and parsley, distribute them evenly in the pan and cook for more minutes or until firm. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Add lemon juice and serve immediately. Serves 3-4
