I love old fashion chess and buttermilk pies, so I tried to come up with something close to those recipes without all the carbs. It turned out very good.
1 stick margarine, melted (0)
1 1/2 cups splenda (38.4)
1/2 cup hood carb countdown choc. milk (1)
2 T. white self-rising cornmeal (12.1)
4 t. soy flour (.5)
2 eggs (2)
1 t. vanilla flavoring (0?)
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 300. Melt margarine in mixing bowl in microwave. Add the rest of the ingredients as follows and whisk together until well blended. Coat a pie plate with cooking spray and pour batter in. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
