Ingredients: 1 lb semi-sweet chocolate (Bakers) chopped into pieces
1 cup half-n-half

2 sticks butter (softened)
1 tspn vanilla
8 egg yolks

How To Prepare: Heat half-n-half till hot (I did this in the microwave). Add chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted (you might have to put back into the microwave a couple of times and stir to get it all melted). Add butter and vanilla stir untill butter is melted (same here, might need to nuk 10 sec). Add egg yolks and mix well. Spray spring form pan with Pam and pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes (center will look uncooked). Remove from oven and let cool then remove side of spring pan. Refrigerator till cold, can serve with a scoop of Cool Whip if desired. Yummy!
