Description: Great for a snack!
Ingredients: 2 of your Favorite low carb white toritllas (I use Mission at 5 net carbs each)

Oil for frying

1 teaspoon cinnamon and

3 tablespoons granular splenda (approx. 5 carbs
OR I use 4 splenda packets (approx 3.5 carbs)

How To Prepare: Start to heat oil over medium-high heat.

Slice them into approx. 10 thin strips, then slice in half.

Toss them around a little to separate, then place in oil.

Use tongs to turn the strips occasionally, until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels for a moment.

Toss the cinnamon and Splenda in a bag, then throw in the tortilla strips and shake to coat.
Number of Servings: 2
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: approx. 7 net carbs (a lot of the splenda falls off so don't count all of it unless you're licking the bag!!!
