Description: I've seen so many different recipes for this and i've basically put my own together.

Ingredients: 160z Bag of cauliflower
4oz Cream cheese
8oz Shredded Cheese (I use a blend of cheese's)
1/2 lb of bacon cooked and crumbled
Tsbp Butter (I just scoop a spoon full)
1 Jalapeno Pepper diced

You can use japs out of a can or jar, but they have alot of juice on them and there kind of mushy. Fresh work better, they still have some crunch to them when the casserole is finished cooking.
How To Prepare: Cook Cauliflower in Microwave with a Tsbp of water in a casserole dish until soft. Mash cauliflower into chunks. Next add the cream cheese, butter, cheese, bacon, and jalapeno. Stir all this together and even it out.Cook in the oven on 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
Preparation Time: Not Long
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy
