1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Splenda
2 tsp. Rum Extract
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Carb Countdown Milk
2 shakes Nutmeg
How To Prepare:
Combine eggs, water, cream, sugar and flavorings into a medium saucepan. Over low heat, stir constantly with a small wisk. When mixture starts to boil lightly at sides of pan, whisk briskly and remove from stove. Should lightly coat a metal spoon. While whisking slowly, add the Carb Countdown milk.
