This is a very low-carb, (I'm all over it, baby!) very moist, juicy, succulent (I love that word!) recipe.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Parmesan cheese (shredded- the Kraft kind or whatever)
garlic oil (preferred-just to fry in)
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 c.-1/2 c. White cooking wine
Shredded swiss cheese (abt. 1/4 c. per chicken breast)
Pre-cooked bacon slices (4)
How To Prepare:
Heat oil in skillet. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each side of the chicken. (I rubbed in a little bit & then washed my hands really well!) Fry each breast until browned on each side. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer chicken to a shallow glass baking dish. Pour chicken broth over the chicken. Tear each bacon piece in half and criss cross over each piece of chicken. Bake about 15 min. Pour cooking wine over chicken. Bake another 10 min. Add swiss cheese to tops of each breast. Return to oven until melted.
