2 eggs, beaten well in a bowl
How To Prepare:
1 package low-carb tortillas (it really depends on the kind you get as to the carb content- whole wheat is 5 per tortilla, others less, others more)
Cut tortillas in triangles & dip in egg mixture. Pour low sugar and cinnamon onto a plate (I love paper~hate doing dishes!) Dip the egg clag tortillas into the low sugar mix. Deep fry. Can be served with Cool Whip (a few extra carbs or any low carb sauce- I love the Russell Stovers chocolate!)
