Prepare cocktail sauce by mixing Ketchup, Worchestershire and Horseradish. Chill at least 1 hour.
Spread Cream Cheese on a small plate.
Cover with cocktail sauce.
Spread crab over sauce.
Serve with pork rinds or your favorite low carb cracker.
