Taco Meat Seasoning (make a big batch and keep for later)

Keep this in the cupboard for last minute taco's or sprinkle on chicken before cooking for a real mexican flavor. Also great to simmer with meat in the crock pot.
1/2 cup chili powder
2 Tablespoon each of Cumin and Oregano
2 teaspoon each of Garlic powder and Onion Powder (not the salt version)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum (optional for texture)
How To Prepare:
Mix or shake together and store in a ziploc bag or tupperware. Use 1/4 cup for taco meat, along with 1/4 cup water and simmer until there is no more water left. And the whole batch for crock pot flavor. Or just use about a Tablespoon sprinkled on meat before cooking.
