***Needs a pot with a steamer feature - I use one that has a thing with holes at the bottom that fits over it - any way you normally steam veggies***
fresh green beans
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
a few grinds black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
How To Prepare:
Add about 1/2 inch of water, the lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper to the bottom of your pot.
Steam green beans until tender-crisp.
Once the beans are done, remove them and add the butter to the pot of water.
Boil uncovered until it reduces to a few tbsps of sauce.
Add beans back to pot and toss, allowing sauce to coat beans and re-heat.
