1 tablespoon of butter.(you can add more if you'd like while your making it)
1/2 teaspoon of salt(add more if youd like it salty)
pinch of pepper.
3 cloves of garlic (peeled and chopped)
1 1/2 green pepper
1/2 can of spam. (I prefer hickory smoked)
and as much spicy red pepper you want. (the kind you put on pizzas)
How To Prepare:
1)cut the green pepper in half and take out the seeds. then cut them lengthwise into strips.
2)put the skillit on high, add butter.
3)after the butter has melted, put in green peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper in.
4)stir it around for about 15 seconds on high, the put it on low.
5) while thats on low, slice up the spam whichever way you prefer.
6)add the spam to the green peppers theat are cooking and stir it around
7)lastly, add the red peppers and stir it around
(you can add more butter, salt, blackpepper, and red pepper to fit your taste)
