I use an older carb counter book, so figures may be off a little.
1-1 pound package of large frozen shrimp with the tails on, remove tails before adding.(you may use less, I just happen to like shrimp an awful lot!)
2-3 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup milk (I use evaporated)
1/2 small-medium spaghetti squash, "noodled", about 2 cups
How To Prepare:
Pre-heat frying pan a little, melt butter. Add the garlic and shrimp and simmer to warm the shrimp thoroughly. Add the milk and heat just to boil. Serve over prepared spaghetti squash.
