2 Large egg yolks
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of dried englich mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
pinch of cracked black pepper
1 Tablespoon of white vinegar
1 Large cup of oil - preferably olive oil for the yummy taste!
(you can also add a tablespoon of lemon Juice)
How To Prepare:
Put the egg yolks, vinegar, mustard powder, lemon juice and seasoning in a large bowl.
Mix all the above together until even consistency
Add the oil little by little so as not to 'split' the mayo and keep whisking all the time!
The mayo will be yellow due to the egg yolks and it will taste amazing. It will keep for up to 6 days in a sealed container in your refigerator - no longer due to the egg yolks!
