Tried these as I am not a cook but figured I could handel this. Amazed at how good they are..nothing like I expected. They are crunchy and taste like "real" tenders...

Cons:

A bit too much garlic powder and you might need more breading.

This was sooo good! I have been avoiding trying breading with pork rinds because I thought that I would really be able to taste the flavor of the pork rinds. Not so. I used a HUGE chicken breast cut into about seven strips and I ended up using almost all of the breading on one breast. I was amazed at how well the breading stayed on the chicken! I made sure to carefully press the crumbs into each chicken strip and my oil was very hot. Thanks for the great recipe! The strips were super crunchy and delicious!
