Sheila Delicious Breaded Chicken Strips Reviews Date of last review 3 Thu March 23, 2006 Recommended By Average Price Average Rating 100% of reviewers None indicated 10.0 Description: Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 beaten egg 1 cup crushed spicy pork rinds 2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Hidden Valley Ranch BBQ Ranch dressing for dipping (3 grams carbs per 2 T.) Oil for frying How To Prepare: Combine garlic powder and parm. cheese with pork rinds. Mix. Dip strips in egg, then dredge in pork rind mixture. Coat well. Cook in hot oil until juices run clear, about 3 minuter per side over med. heat. Salsa Ranch dressing is also delish for dipping! Number of Servings: 2 Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 0 in strips Preparation Time: 5 mins. Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 10    Positive aspects of the product (pros): Quick, easy, delicious! Cons: A bit too much garlic powder and you might need more breading. This was sooo good! I have been avoiding trying breading with pork rinds because I thought that I would really be able to taste the flavor of the pork rinds. Not so. I used a HUGE chicken breast cut into about seven strips and I ended up using almost all of the breading on one breast. I was amazed at how well the breading stayed on the chicken! I made sure to carefully press the crumbs into each chicken strip and my oil was very hot. Thanks for the great recipe! The strips were super crunchy and delicious!
