1 package Atkins orange/cranberry muffing mix.
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp baking powder
2 scoops chocolate Designer Whey protein
1 cup flaxseed meal or 1 cup Flaxomeal cereal (or you can mix the two to make 1 cup)
1 cup Davinci syrup (any flavor you like)
1 cup water
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp salt
How To Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350
Spray 2 muffin tins with Pam
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and let sit for 5 minutes
Spoon into muffin pans. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
After baking, let cool and freeze.
