1 small pkg. cole slaw mix
1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 T. sesame or olive oil 1/4 C. unseasoned rice vinegar or red wine vinegar (watch carb counts)
6 packets Splenda (more or less to taste)
How To Prepare:
Combine vinegar, Splenda, and oil; whisk until blended. Combine slaw mix, pepper, and onion. Mix all together and serve. Even better when made ahead and given time to "marinate".
