I whipped this up one night when I was having a craving for something "cheesy". This dip satisfied my craving and it is now one of my favorite snacks. I eat it with pork rinds or veggies.
2 Tablespoons of sourcream
1 teaspoon of real mayo (I use Cub Foods mayo which is 0 carbs per Tbls.)
dash of chili powder
dash of cumin
4 - 5 shakes of hot sauce (I use Frank's or Cholula)
1 heaping Tablespoon of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon of minced green onion
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients in a tiny custard cup or microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Stir and serve with pork rinds or veggies. This dip has approximately 1 - 2 small servings. If you eat the whole thing (I usually do...ahem) then you will have eaten approximately 2 carbs...add more carbs for the veggies or pork rinds that you eat the dip with.
