Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 mustard
4 oz. cheddar cheese (shredded)
How To Prepare: Remove core and steam cauliflower in microwave until very tender (but not too mushy). Mix in separate bowl the mayo and mustard. Drain cauliflower and cut up into pieces. Mix with the mayo/mustard and then toss in the cheese. Cheese should melt if the cauliflower is still hot (or nuke it).

And serve!
