This is one of the first recipes I ever tried and it continues to be a family favorite. I've expanded it's use by turning it into a pie filling and using the Carbquik Pat in the Pan pie shell. I top with some whipped cream when serving. Excellent and versatile dessert - especially good in summer.

My husband said he just had to have a chocolate dessert so I tried this.
I actually divided the recipe into 8 little plastic cups and added a full 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of walnuts. Then I used a Low Carb Specialties chocolate bar. It was wonderful. My nutritional info was: 8 servings 215 calories, 19 fat, 7 carbs, 2.5 fiber, and 3.5 protein.
