Description: Delicious way to start your day!
Ingredients: In the following order, add to your blender:

6 ice cubes (I use crushed cubes)
1 egg
1 tbsp. Davinci SF Vanilla syrup
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 scoop Designer Whey Protein- Chocolate
3 oz. water (this helps to move the ice)
How To Prepare: Blend til ingredients are well combined, and there are no large ice chunks. I usually let blender run for a minute or two.
Number of Servings: 1- 12 oz glass
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 9 g. carbs, 3 g. fiber, 6 g. net carbs
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
